Who we are

What we collect
Phone number (the one we call), email address (from the Stripe checkout), and usage data tied to your subscription — webhook requests received, calls and SMS sent, timestamps. We do not run third-party analytics or session-recording tools on this site.
How we use it
To deliver your phone calls and the SMS backup when your phone is unreachable, to process your subscription payments, to send essential service messages (receipts, cancellations, incident notices), and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the webhook system.
Sub-processors
Stripe handles all payment processing and stores the customer records (email, billing details, subscription status). Twilio delivers your phone calls and SMS messages, and processes your phone number for that purpose. TradingView is the source of the inbound webhooks but is not our sub-processor. The Trustpilot widget on some pages is loaded from Trustpilot's servers and may set its own cookies. Google Fonts is used to load the site's typeface and may log the requesting IP.
Data retention
Call and SMS delivery logs are retained for up to 30 days and then deleted. Subscription data (phone number, email, billing records) is retained while your subscription is active. After cancellation, your data is purged within 30 days except where we are required to retain it — for example, Stripe keeps payment records as required by their regulators.
Your rights
You can update your phone number, email, and payment method at any time via the Stripe customer portal linked from your order confirmation. To export or delete your data, email us — we process requests within 30 days. Under GDPR you also have the right to rectification, to restrict processing, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. Under CCPA, California residents have equivalent rights. We do not sell personal data.
Security
All traffic to the site and the webhook endpoints is served over HTTPS/TLS. Your webhook URL is locked to TradingView's IP range — requests from anywhere else are rejected at the edge. Payment card data never touches our servers; it is handled entirely by Stripe.
Children
This service is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.
International transfers
Our sub-processors (Stripe, Twilio) may process your data outside the EEA, including in the United States. When they do, they rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect your data under applicable law.
